I think it's easier to work with the install file rather then trying to auto install from the flash player page? Maybe you have something in firefox disabling the plugin? They then send you a specail link to download the installs for deployment, not sure if your trying to deploy the install or not. ![]() For Adobe Flash player I go the extra step and applied for the lic to distibute Flash and Skockwave. I had an issue with one install of FF, the person had accidently disabled Plug-in's, somthing to think about. I deploy both to our windows 7 64 bit systems company wide and have no issues with either. For IE you need the flash player active x. What version of FF? In FF 8.0 I know you need to use the flash player plugin. We clicked on that and it brought us to the plugin configuration screen and once we unlocked it Flash installed and worked fine. Thanks very much for your help with this.Īnyway I came across this page, used your link and everything is fine now, it even had the Adobe flash player package in resources, in fact there were 35 files in the resources folder rather than just 5 in all the downloads I got from the Adobe site. So I should do that first yes? I had flash player before so I must have had it and I have no idea how it has been unintalled. I was looking through other threads and I have found that my flash player plugin is in the Internet Plug-Ins (Disabled) folder but I've no idea how to enable it again. I have tried so many times to install flash player and each time the download stope (usually at 0%) and doesn't give a reason.
